The EUCOM General Adjutant serves as the principle administrative officer within European Command. In addition to the personnel administration function, the AG supervises other units and activities that include the following:
Army-Air Force postal system;
security courier service;
machine records units;
Publications Branch.

Machine Records Units compile detailed statistical reports on personnel and supply.

Publications Branch - operated by the branch and located at Hoechst, the branch is responsible for printing command publications and Department of the Army regulations. The printing and publications plant also provides graphic art service for signs and displays as well as manufactures training aids.
